line up with heads, am going to print across two A3 pages
model for lineup, inspired by vietnam/asian concept.
starting to illustrate, using images and layering in photo shop
spec drawings scanned in and edited ready for range plan
line up outlines with handpainted shoes and some of the capes, am going to scan in and photoshop the rest, hopefully I can print out and re-draw into it or after it is printed redraw. we’ll see.
after class yesterday I decided I needed to do some redesigning… I have altered my coats to draped capes made from bamboo jersey and knitted bamboo. I’m sticking with the rest of my tailored/structural jackets as they will be made out of silks. I like the idea of a contrast between soft flowey drape and strong simple lines with bold patterns.
starting to look into details, spec drawings of garments and figuring out how they would work. especially things like the collars which I want to be detacheable from the shirt.
